Paula Patton

Paula Patton is an actress and producer who is best known for her starring roles in the action spy film Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol as well as the film drama Precious. Born into a middle-class family living in Los Angeles, she harboured many dreams in her early years. She was raised by her mother who loved to watch movies. Paula took part in the co-curricular classes at her school, and was a drama enthusiast. Paula loved playing the role of an actor alongside her peers and was a participant in her school's stage productions. Acting in a variety of high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as a profession. She was in U.S.C. Cali's summer school, and she enjoyed greatly. She signed a 3-month contract to develop documentaries for PBS. When she was able to complete the assignment successfully, she started working as a support assistant in television documentary production. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. She was passionate about her work but she always wanted to become an actor. For the romance comedy Hitch she played a small part alongside Will Smith. She has since appeared in a variety of films and TV shows.
